End of the summer wine...

No, I'm not aspiring to work for Cuisine and nothing was artfully arranged in the making of this photograph!

These are random gatherings from my garden a week or so ago. I was enchanted by the colour, texture and shapes and so photographed the basket in the kitchen window.

The contents include: roma tomatoes, eggs, golden delicious apples, strawberries, cape gooseberries and what is either a courgette or a green pepper.

The basket itself gives me great pleasure. It is small and therefore easy to fill. Going down the garden with this basket represents a journey of discovery.
